Plan activation

Plan activation is the first step in the DDoS Protection onboarding service, which provides Advanced protection for entire networks via GRE tunneling. All plans include a 7-day free trial.

Activation steps

To request a plan, submit the form in the Gcore Customer Portal. The Gcore team will review the request, confirm a plan, and activate the service.

1. Log in to the Gcore Customer Portal and navigate to DDoS Protection.

2. In the request form, enter a contact phone number and describe the protection requirements, including the preferred plan tier.

3. Click Send request.

The Gcore team will contact you to confirm the plan. The 7-day free trial begins immediately after the team activates the service.

Once the plan is active, continue with network submission to add the networks that need protection.
